LIVESTOCK
4There are categories for Guernsey, Illawarra, Holstein Fresian, Jersey and Ayrshire breeds in the Dairy Category; and for Beef Cattle, there are 13 Sections to be judged.
Perhaps one of the more interesting Sections are the "Group" Sections where 3 or 5 animals are selected for judging by the breeder. PAVILION
•The Pavilion showcases the diverse capabilities of our local people. Sections such as Farm & Garden Produce, Fruit, Jams Jellies & Preserves, Cooking & Food, Junior Cooking & Food, Flowers & Plants, Fine Arts (with a junior Section), Handicraft and Photography create quite a deal of interest for local people with visitors alike.
